Developing and Embedding the P3M Framework

We assessed NSG’s project controls, engaged leadership to identify gaps, and developed a structured P3M framework for governance, reporting, and project tracking. The system was then integrated with real-time dashboards, KPIs, and risk tracking, followed by organisation-wide deployment and training to ensure adoption.
