Overview
Help us solve complex challenges — with clarity, precision, and purpose.
At Co-Lab, we work at the intersection of strategy and systems. As a Systems Engineer, you’ll work closely with clients and colleagues to bring structure to complexity — helping teams and organisations see problems clearly and design smart, scalable solutions.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll be part of multidisciplinary teams tackling technical, operational, and strategic challenges. You might be:
-
Designing and managing systems engineering processes across projects
-
Mapping technical requirements, risks, and interdependencies
-
Supporting design reviews and lifecycle planning
-
Leading or contributing to workshops with stakeholders and delivery teams
-
Translating engineering insight into clear documentation, decisions, or prototypes
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need to tick every box — but you’re likely a good fit if you have:
-
2–5 years of experience in systems engineering or related disciplines
-
A systems mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-
Great communication — you can translate complexity into clarity
-
Familiarity with frameworks like MBSE, ISO 15288, or SysML is a plus
-
An interest in working on public impact, infrastructure, or tech-for-good projects
Who You’ll Work With
You’ll be part of a collaborative, cross-functional team that includes engineers, project managers, strategists, and client stakeholders. We’re a values-led team that shares knowledge, supports each other, and stays curious.
