Having worked with global enterprises and ambitious startups, she brings a combination of commercial insight, out-of-the-box thinking and hand-on delivery expertise. An MBA graduate from Bayes Business School, she is particularly interested in how emerging technologies can create practical business value.
Naturally curious and solutions-focused, Elizaveta is known for challenging conventional thinking and helping clients approach complex problems through a different lens. Whether researching new approaches or facilitating collaborative workshops, she thrives on turning complexity into clear and actionable plans.
Outside of work, she enjoys keeping active through cycling, tennis, yoga, as well as unwinding with baking. She also volunteers her time mentoring aspiring female entrepreneurs, helping them develop the confidence and business foundations needed to bring their ideas to life.
